Middle School Resource Teacher and Case Manager- St. Athanasius School - Evanston

The resource teacher will provide targeted academic support to middle school students and manage student support plans. They will also act as a liaison between families, teachers, and high schools to facilitate the 8th-Grade transition process.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education and possess a valid teaching license. Experience working with middle school students and diverse learning needs is required, along with a commitment to catholic educational values.
