DES MOINES, IA 50316Part-Time 15 to 17 hours per week The TRIO Student Support Services Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Director of the Student Support Services Program and other staff members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills and demonstrate a clear commitment to the goals and objectives of the Student Support Services Program. This is a grant-funded position. Essential Job Functions Provide specialized administrative support to the Director of Student Support Services and staff related to the planning, organizing, and coordination of program activities. Assist with gathering, evaluation, and maintenance of participant files and databases ensuring compliance and confidentiality Assist in accounting for program funds and preparing financial requisitions Assist in preparing reports, including student progress and program outcomes, in accordance with program regulations Other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Support Services All applicants must apply through our online application system.
