You Can Do It, Mija Peer Mentor

The peer mentor will facilitate one-On-One mentorship sessions and assist with the planning, logistics, and hosting of events for women and teens. They will also collaborate with program staff to ensure effective implementation of mentorship initiatives.

Candidates must be able to follow program guidelines, enforce safety procedures, and possess basic computer skills. The role requires the ability to speak in front of groups and an interest in developing leadership and mentorship capabilities.
