Position Summary
UNM-Taos is seeking assistance with implementing a mentorship program for women and teens. Responsibilities may include: o meeting with Mija Program staff for planning and training o meeting one-on-one with fellow students for mentorship sessions o assisting with ideas, logistics, planning and set-up for events o co-hosting meetings with high school, college and community women

- Minimum o Must be able to learn and follow program guidelines o Ability to speak in front of a group for a short period of time o Ability to use basic computer programs and applications o Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures Preferred o Experience working with youth and adults o Interest in building mentorship and leadership skills work 8-10 hours/week
