Advocate

The advocate provides direct case management, education, and support services to transitional youth in a residential setting. They are responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, managing community partnerships, and participating in a 24/7 on-Call rotation.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in human services or a related behavioral science field. A minimum of two years of experience in a child welfare or social services setting is required, along with a strong understanding of trauma and california title 22 regulations.
