Lead Teacher

The lead teacher plans and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum while providing nurturing care for a diverse group of young children. They are also responsible for mentoring student employees and ensuring the facility remains in compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards.

Candidates must hold at least an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, or possess a relevant professional credential such as a cda or cde teaching license. Applicants are expected to meet all colorado state childcare licensing and necpa accreditation requirements.
