Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-On-One behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays using structured, play-Based activities. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and maintaining regular communication with families.

Candidates must hold an active rbt, abat, or bcat certification and have at least 6 months of experience working with children with intellectual disabilities. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and various health clearances including a background check are required.
