MEDICAL ASSISTANT (School - Based)

The medical assistant supports nursing staff with patient care, including recording vital signs, managing medical records, and assisting with exams in a school-Based setting. They are also responsible for data entry, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health information management policies.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be a graduate of an approved medical or nursing assistant program. Current certification as a medical or nursing assistant in florida, along with active cpr and first aid certifications, is required.
