Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst. Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while using evidence-Based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. Applicants must be capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and obtaining necessary certifications like cpr and rbt.
