Core responsibilities
The behavioral intervention specialist develops and implements person-Centered behavior support plans in accordance with regulatory requirements. They are also responsible for training staff on these plans and monitoring their effectiveness through data analysis and observation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a master's degree in a clinical or human services field, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience for the in-Training position. A valid driver's license and the ability to communicate effectively in english are also required.
