Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-On-One with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba. Your role involves teaching communication and social skills while managing interfering behaviors through evidence-Based techniques.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and willing to obtain an rbt certification, cpr, and first aid certification.
