Behavioral Services Clinician (BCBA)

The behavioral services clinician will develop and implement functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans across various programs. They will also provide clinical training and monitoring to staff to ensure the effective integration of positive behavior support initiatives.

A master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have at least three years of clinical experience in treating individuals with developmental disabilities and hold relevant professional licensure or certification.
