RN MAP Trainer

The map trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, assessing, and continuously improving the medication administration program (Map) training for staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure compliance with all regulations and organizational policies. This involves developing curricula, conducting hands-On assessments, providing coaching, and tracking certification metrics within the learning management system.

Candidates must be a licensed registered nurse (Rn) in good standing with 2–3 years of clinical experience relevant to medication administration and patient safety, along with prior experience in teaching or curriculum development. Required competencies include demonstrated knowledge of hipaa, osha, and state regulations, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with microsoft 365 and lms platforms.
