Preschool Lead Teacher- Full-Time, Full-Year

The lead teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging learning environment and implementing developmentally appropriate instruction for preschool children. They also guide daily classroom operations, mentor support staff, and build partnerships with families to support child progress.

The role requires an experienced early childhood educator capable of leading a classroom and adhering to head start performance standards. Candidates must be able to support school readiness and manage developmental instruction for children ages 3-5.
