Core responsibilities
The academic coach provides direct in-Person and online support to students to ensure they achieve personal and program goals. They also collaborate with site staff to manage school operations, oversee student discipline, and facilitate academic and social-Emotional interventions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate subject matter competency through an associate degree, 48 college credit hours, or a formal assessment. Two years of experience working with youth, particularly at-Risk students in a secondary school setting, is preferred.
