Instructors will teach theory and clinical nursing courses while assisting in the Nursing Skills Laboratory and Simulation Center. They are responsible for maintaining communication with lead faculty regarding student progress across various community clinical settings.
Passaic County Community College is currently seeking nursing instructors to teach theory and/or clinical Nursing courses, Day, or Evenings or Weekends.
Instructors are also needed to assist in the Nursing Skills Laboratory and Simulation Center at the Passaic College campus.
Clinicals are held in a variety of settings throughout the community.
Must maintain regular, ongoing communication with Lead Faculty/Course Coordinator regarding students’ progress in the clinical/lab settings.
Classes will be taught at both the Passaic and Sussex campuses.
The Nursing Education Program is located on the Passaic campus in Passaic, New Jersey.
The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.
Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications. The hourly pay range for this position is $55.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing and an active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license. A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience is required.
