In Home ABA Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and their families to implement behavior reduction protocols and teach developmentally appropriate skills. Responsibilities include measuring client progress, collecting and evaluating data, and implementing programs created by bcbas with fidelity and compassion.

Candidates must demonstrate a passion for engaging with children with asd and experience teaching skills while implementing behavior reduction protocols. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a commitment to flexible part-Time after-School/Evening schedules.
