McDonough High School Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach

The head varsity cheerleading coach is responsible for developing and implementing an effective coaching program that fosters skill development and team growth. They must supervise all levels of the sport, manage equipment, and maintain clear communication with student-Athletes, parents, and school administration.

Candidates must be certified professional educators or credentialed coaches who meet maryland state certification requirements. Applicants are expected to have completed two years of successful coaching as an emergency coach, including one year at the school of hire.
