Behavior Technician, Willing to Train

The behavior technician provides one-On-One specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum in a center-Based setting. They are responsible for implementing behavioral plans designed by bcbas and collecting data to monitor client progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and a passion for working with children. Prior experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is preferred, and the role requires the ability to perform physical activities.
