Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst BCBA

The pediatric aba behavior analyst is responsible for conducting behavioral evaluations, designing behavior plans, and providing training to caregivers. They also supervise behavior technicians and ensure the effectiveness of the services provided to clients.

Candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant field and bcba certification, along with at least three years of experience working with individuals with autism. Strong knowledge of behavior analytic therapies and experience in staff training and supervision are also required.
