Core responsibilities
The behavior technician implements clients’ behavior support plans to reduce problematic behavior and provides aba-Based instruction to foster new skill development under the direction of a supervising bcba. This role involves monitoring client behavior, collecting and reporting data, and collaborating with the supervising bcba and the client’s family to support meaningful behavioral changes.
Requirements summary
Candidates must meet specific educational and experience criteria, such as holding a high school diploma/Ged with 24 months of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 12 months of experience, or rbt certification with 12 months of experience. Other requirements include being 21 or older, having required after-School/Evening availability, a valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle access.
