Pre-School Teacher

This role involves assisting the lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, including supervision, lesson planning, attendance tracking, and progress reporting for children. The teacher must ensure program quality meets all licensing requirements and maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Candidates must be eec teacher qualified and possess current cpr and first aid certifications, along with comprehensive knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education. Familiarity with massachusetts eec licensing regulations, qris, and naeyc criteria is essential, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills.
