Athletic Trainer Didactic Internship (Temp, Multiple Positions)

The athletic trainer didactic intern will assist medical teams in providing comprehensive athletic training services, including prevention, evaluation, and treatment of injuries for assigned sports teams. Responsibilities also include coordinating medical coverage, scheduling exams, working with physicians and strength staff, and participating in didactic educational courses and rotations.

Minimum requirements include a master’s degree in athletic training or a related sports medicine field, along with current nataboc certification and cpr/First aid/Aed certifications. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in washington state and demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy, functional movement assessments, and injury prevention programs.
