The instructor is responsible for delivering high-Quality surgical technology education through effective curriculum implementation and hands-On laboratory instruction. They must also maintain accurate student records, provide academic support, and serve as a professional role model for students.

Candidates must hold a credential in surgical technology from an accredited national organization and possess at least three years of operating room or teaching experience. Proficiency in microsoft office and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are also required.
