Core responsibilities
Implement individualized aba treatment plans in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a bcba. Collect accurate data, document progress, and collaborate with families and school staff to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the willingness to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 120 days. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, along with reliable transportation.
