Core responsibilities
Implement individualized aba treatment plans in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a bcba. Collect accurate data, document progress, and collaborate with families and school staff to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the willingness to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 120 days. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
