Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include collecting accurate data, using evidence-Based teaching strategies, and collaborating with families and school staff to support client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the willingness to obtain rbt certification within 120 days. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, along with reliable transportation.
