Early Childhood Specialist

The early childhood specialist is responsible for implementing comprehensive curriculum plans and providing a developmentally appropriate environment for children. They must also maintain accurate records, conduct home visits, and ensure compliance with various state and federal childcare regulations.

Candidates must hold an associate or bachelor degree in early childhood education and possess at least one year of verifiable experience with children aged birth to five. A valid teaching license in early childhood and a valid nc driver's license are also required.
