Para Pro 1:1 - Paragon Mills - (2026-2027)

The paraprofessional provides one-To-One support for students with special needs by assisting with instruction, monitoring academic and behavioral progress, and facilitating social interactions. They also perform personal care tasks and ensure student safety while maintaining accurate data records under the supervision of a certified teacher.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree, 48 college credit hours, or a successful praxis certification. Prior experience working with children is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and operating a mechanical lift.
