Pre-College Program Advisor

The advisor will manage logistics and planning for pre-College events while providing extensive case management, mentoring, and academic advising to students. They are also responsible for data collection, reporting, and building collaborative relationships with schools and community stakeholders.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, education, psychology, or a related field. Experience in youth development and educational programming is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-Cultural environment.
