How you’ll make an impact in this role Design and implement comprehensive conditioning and rehabilitation programs that prioritize athlete safety and recovery through customized nutrition and scheduling. Evaluate and manage acute injuries to provide immediate care and long-term treatment strategies for athletes. Coordinate patient care by maintaining detailed medical documentation and acting as the vital link between physicians, sports performance staff, and athletes. Prepare athletes for safe participation in practice and competition by ensuring all activities align with professional regulations and medical guidelines.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure/Certification/Registration

Licensed Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts required. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
