Market context
In Kansas, infant and toddler teacher roles are often shaped by steady demand from child care centers and early learning programs that need staff with CDA credentials or progress toward one, plus hands-on experience with very young children. These roles can be competitive because employers commonly screen for physical readiness, vaccination documentation, and comfort with daily care routines. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit, then confirm your CDA status and MMR records before applying.
