Swim Team Assistant Coach

The swim team assistant coach supports the implementation of competitive and recreational swimming programs under the guidance of the head coach. Responsibilities include teaching training plans, evaluating swimmer goals, ensuring participant safety, and maintaining progress records.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess a background in competitive swimming as a coach or swimmer. The role requires excellent teaching skills, the ability to pass a background check, and the acquisition of specific certifications like cpr and first aid within 30 days of hire.
