Staff Development Nurse - GYN - Full Time - Days

The staff development nurse is responsible for organizing and implementing new employee orientation and onboarding while providing unit-Specific clinical education. They also maintain clinical competency by delivering direct patient care and mentoring staff to ensure high-Quality care standards.

Candidates must hold a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and have at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience. A valid registered nurse license and acls certification are required, with specialty certification expected within two years of hire.
