Staff Development Nurse

This role is responsible for coordinating the onboarding and orientation process for new nursing and clinical staff, including overseeing daily operations for new employees in the ambulatory setting. The position also involves developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to ensure ongoing skills competencies are met for clinical staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, with experience in education or ambulatory/Outpatient settings preferred. A current registered nurse (Rn) license and basic life support (Bls) certification are required, along with strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
