Behavior Technician - School Based

The behavior technician supports a positive learning environment by implementing trauma-Informed behavioral strategies and managing student regulation spaces. They collaborate with staff to collect behavioral data, execute intervention plans, and provide de-Escalation support for students.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) and crisis prevention institute (Cpi) certifications. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and families are essential for this role.
