Therapist

The clinician will provide applied behavior analysis (Aba) and behavioral intervention services, including functional behavior assessments and positive behavior support plans. They will also collaborate with case managers and program directors to deliver individual, group, and family therapy within a trauma-Informed care milieu.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis, social work, or a related field. A valid driver's license and relevant behavioral experience are required, along with the ability to attend a 2-Week paid orientation in rutland, ma.
