This includes engaging meaningfully with youth, teaching appropriate behaviors, assisting with activities of daily living skills, and completing required documentation.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or ged; a bachelor's degree in a related field and previous experience working with youth with behavioral disorders or autism are preferred. Applicants must also be maps certified or obtain certification within six months and attend a mandatory 2-Week paid orientation.
