Staff are responsible for the safety and security of assigned youth by providing direct supervision and ensuring therapeutic interventions are delivered in a compassionate and safe environment. This includes engaging positively with youth, teaching appropriate behaviors, and assisting with activities of daily living skills.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be 21 years or older, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or ged; previous experience working with youth with behavioral disorders or autism spectrum disorders is preferred. Applicants must also be maps certified or obtain certification within 90 days and attend a mandatory 2-Week paid orientation.
