Constellation Schools - 4-9th Grade Social Studies Teacher (Lorain/Elyria) - SY 26-27

The teacher is responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans while differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs. They must also manage classroom behavior, maintain student progress records, and communicate effectively with families.
