Behavior Technician (BT) – Entry Level

The behavior technician implements treatment plans to reduce problematic behaviors and improve daily living skills under clinical supervision. They are also responsible for collecting behavioral data using specialized software and maintaining client confidentiality.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have some understanding of applied behavior analysis. Additionally, the ability to obtain registered behavior technician certification within 45 days of hire is required.
