ABA Practicum Student

The aba practicum student implements behavioral assessment measures and develops individualized goals and behavior support plans under the supervision of a bcba. They also provide training to staff and caregivers while ensuring accurate data collection and documentation for the individuals served.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and be continuously enrolled in a bacb-Approved master’s aba program. Additionally, one year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and an rbt certification (Or willingness to obtain one) are required.
