Substitute Teacher

A substitute teacher is responsible for teaching and supervising students in the absence of the regular teacher by following lesson plans and managing classroom behavior. They must ensure the safety and well-Being of students while maintaining continuity in the educational process across various grade levels and subjects.

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred. Prior teaching or classroom experience is preferred but not always mandatory, and a teaching certification or substitute teacher permit may be required.
