The core nursing faculty member is responsible for developing and teaching nursing curriculum, facilitating student learning in both classroom and clinical settings, and evaluating student performance. They also provide academic advising, mentor students and adjunct faculty, and contribute to program evaluation and campus culture.

Requirements summary

Candidates must hold a graduate degree (With a bachelor's in nursing if the graduate degree is in another field) and possess at least three years of professional registered nurse experience. A current, unencumbered state registered nurse license is required, and previous teaching experience is preferred.
