Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician (Rbt) is responsible for providing direct client care and high-Quality early intervention services, implementing applied behavioral analysis (Aba) therapy under the direction of board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans (Itps), documenting daily treatment notes in the emr system, and collaborating effectively with team members and families to support client needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, and current rbt certification is a plus, though comprehensive paid training is offered. Ideal candidates should have experience in a pediatric environment, thrive in a team setting, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
