Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, passionate Infant Nursery Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for infants while supporting and mentoring less experienced teachers in the classroom.

As a Infant Supervisor, you will: (Key Responsibility)
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants to learn, play and grow Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions. Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement. Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Have a genuine passion for the education and care of infants? Have one year of professional experience as an Infant Lead (preferred) or six months of professional experience working with infants in a child care setting (required)? Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
