Employment Specialist

The employment specialist provides direct support and job coaching to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve and maintain employment in the community. They are responsible for developing employment stability plans, documenting client progress, and acting as a liaison between clients, employers, and families.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience in a non-Profit environment. A valid florida driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and an appreciation for catholic church teachings are required.
