Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt implements individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a bcba. They are responsible for collecting accurate data on target behaviors and assisting children with daily routines and social development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is required, and rbt certification is preferred.
