Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba is responsible for the assessment, development, and supervision of individualized aba programs for children with autism. They also provide leadership to clinical staff, conduct parent training, and ensure all services meet ethical and regulatory standards.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in a related field and possess a current bcba certification with state licensure. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aba therapy for children with developmental disabilities is required.
