NJCAP Facilitator

Njcap facilitators are responsible for delivering empowerment workshops to students, school staff, and parents/Caregivers, focusing on the curriculum about children's rights to be safe, strong, and free. Key duties include engaging participants through interactive methods, creating a safe space for discussion, and partnering with staff to report concerns of maltreatment.

This per diem role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and experience working with children or in educational settings, along with strong communication skills to discuss sensitive topics like abuse prevention. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to undergo background checks and fingerprinting.
