Job description

Kids ‘R’ Kids Fort Mill is looking for driven and passionate individuals looking to positively impact children’s lives. As a teacher, you will work with our infant toddlers, pre-k students, and/or after-schoolers.

As a teacher at Kids ‘R’ Kids Fort Mill, you will be a part of a team culture, responsible for developing and implementing daily curriculum for children in the classroom. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the classroom is consistently a clean, safe, and positive environment.

Qualifications

  • and Skills:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • An Associate degree or higher required
  • Prior childcare experience in a state licensed daycare a plus
  • Must have above average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to react quickly with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Must work well with others.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable in the workplace.
  • Must have organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Works with co-teachers and directors to establish and maintain clean and safe learning environment.
  • Plans and consistently implements the curriculum activities that promote the children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Keeps accurate, current records of each child’s developmental milestones and progress.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with parents, staff, and visitors
  • Maintains professional conduct when working with parents, staff, and visitors
